Position: Fabric Technician/ Engineer

Location: Didot, Oxfordshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £30,000 to £32,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Person for a Permanent Position based on a large site in Didcot

This person will be joining an existing team of electrical and mechanical engineers that are dealing with planned and reactive maintenance across multiple building on this large site

The right person for this position will already have experience dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites. This will include basic carpentry, basic plumbing, water testing, painting and decorating, patch plastering etc.

This is a static site, but it is a large static site. This person will get the use of a company van on site and has the potential to use it to go to and from the site.

Requirements

Experienced in dealing with commercial building services maintenance
Based in a short commute to Didcot
Level 2 qualification in carpentry, plumbing or decorating would be an advantage
Car driver would be preferred due to the size of the site
Able to deal with carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering and other maintenance
Happy doing a Monday to Friday position
Package

Excellent basic salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Use of a company vehicle
Pension
Flexible on working hours
Some out of hours overtime available
No on call
