Job Description:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and preparation

* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

* Administering medication and monitoring health conditions as directed

* Supporting mobility and physical activities to encourage independence

* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

* Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in senior care or a related field

* Compassionate and patient demeanor

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or above
