Working Foreman - Civils, (Skipton)
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our team on a Water Treatment Works project in Skipton. If you have a solid background in groundworks and foreman experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead groundworks teams on-site, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting to site management.
Hands-on involvement in groundworks tasks, including excavation, drainage, and concrete work.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and site specifications.
Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman, preferably on water treatment or civils sites.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS qualification required.
