What You Will Do:

Operate machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety and quality procedures.
Run and maintain the production of extrusion and coating lamination, including printing, to meet the production plan.
Slit material produced into tapes as per customer requirements, following strict quality protocols.
Support the cross-training of team members and cover for holidays and sick leaves as necessary.
Process material through the ERP Styeline system, ensuring accuracy in all codes used.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to company SOPs and instructions.
What You Will Bring:

A safety-driven, conscientious, and self-motivated attitude.
Basic numeric and literacy skills for accurate data recording.
Experience with electric pump trucks, forklifts, and handling heavy equipment.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow production plans and SOPs.
Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to a 3-rotation shift pattern.
