As Charity & Fundraising Administrator, you will be working for a Northampton based charity, supporting the fundraising team with their administration, attending events and providing support and advice to fundraisers.
Duties and responsibilities for the Charity & Fundraising Administrator role include:
Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the charity, providing advice and support with regards their fundraising activity
Production of thank you letters for donations received in a timely manner
Utilize relevant IT systems to ensure all relevant fundraiser and donor data is collected and input accurately
To provide administrative support for the Charity Committee meetings
Processing income from supporters& maintaining donor details on a spreadsheet
Skills and experience required for the Charity & Fundraising Administrator role are:
Exceptional customer service and administration skills
Excellent written English
Attention to detail and high standards of work output
Highly flexible, motivated and proactive
The ability to prioritize and manage own workload
Excellent organizational skills
