Children's Disabilities Care Assistant - L6 2BB**

**Role Overview:**
This role involves providing care for children aged 6-17 years with complex medical needs, including tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastro devices. The children are well and engage in various activities such as trampolining. The position requires working both days and waking nights, with shifts in blocks of 4 and 3. The hours are from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM and 8:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

**Benefits:**
- Competitive pay at £12.25 per hour, with the same rate for waking nights.
- Enhanced pay on bank holidays (1.5x).
- £100 bonus for completing training swiftly.
- £400 bonus for referring a friend.
- Clear progression path with opportunities to become a Shift Leader (£1 extra per hour) and Team Leader (£13.50 per hour).
