Multi-Trade Carpenter – Covering from Chichester through to Midhurst

Salary: £34,000 p/a + company van & fuel card

Your Responsibilities:

* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

* A wide variety of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties including at least 2 other secondary trade skills

* All aspects of kitchen and bathroom fitting

* The work will include:

* Fitting of various types of doors (inc Fire door)

* First and second fix in carpentry

* Kitchen & bathroom fitting

* Ceramic wall tiling

* Carpet tiling

* Plumbing repairs

* Minor decorative works

The successful candidate will have:

* Own tools for the job

* A technical background and NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent

* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (void, planned, disrepairs)

* Full, UK driving licence
