This prestigious freeholder manage their portfolio inhouse and are looking for an experienced property manager to join their residential team.
The role:
* Dealing with tenant queries, inspections, repairs and maintenance issues and making recommendations to resolve issues
* Good AST legislation knowledge.
* Working with facilities and surveying departments to resolve repair issues
* Resolving escalated rent arrears including liaising with solicitors
* Contributing to portfolio reports, management meetings etc
* Assisting with rent reviews, insurance clams
* Reviewing leases to determine repair obligations
* Tenancy administration
* Properties are largely in period style buildings
About you:
* Experience in a similar property management function including good AST management and ideally some exposure to properties in listed buildings
* Solid understanding of relevant legislation including Housing Act, occupier protection and repossession
* Experience of managing repairs, arrears, disputes or breaches of terms, tenancy deposits
* Excellent customer service approach
* Ability to multi-task, pro-active, good time management
* Ideally ARLA
