Description

Manage supplier performance and conduct audits
Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve supplier quality issues
Conduct training and workshops for suppliers on quality standards and expectations
Participate in the selection of new suppliers
Prepare and present performance reports to the management teamProfile

A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:

Degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and supplier quality systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailJob Offer
