THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor
Being a Behaviour mentor requires you to monitor and analyse the behaviour of students and supporting them in following the rules of the school and helping to enforce school behaviour expectations. You will need a strong ability to build rapport as the students you will be supporting needs a good role model and someone consistent to work with in the classroom. Due to working in a primary school you will be working with kids aged 3 to 11.
