Aviation Recruitment Network are currently working with two major freight and logistics companies and are recruiting warehouse operatives to work nights at East Midlands Airport

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 7.30pm – 11.30pm
Friday 7.30pm – 12.00pm

As a warehouse operative you will receive:

• Pay rates between £11.48 p/h to £12.56p/h (dependant on contracts and shifts)
• Ongoing contract which will lead to a permanent contract.
• Discount on skylink travel card.
• Free onsite parking

Warehouse Operative duties will include:

• Loading and unloading cargo freight from haulage vehicles and aircraft containers.
• Working on a busy parcel sorting line
• Sorting cargo, parcels, and freight weighing up to 20 kg
• Using scanners to ensure parcels have been received.

Successful applicants will be subject to:

A 5-year checkable work/education history for security and vetting purposes
Criminal record check and (reimbursed after 4 weeks)

Any experience working as a warehouse operative, driver's mate, picker, packer, loader, parcel sorter, production operative, or line operative would be beneficial.
