Join our Customer Service Team!

Pay - £11.44 per hour and after 12 weeks this will rise to £12.30 per hour.

The role is full-time (37 hour per week).
This role is office-based role in 60 York St, Glasgow, G2 8JXWe are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week). There are part time shift options available (27.5 hours per week). Shift Pattern to cover the following working hours: 5 days out of 7, between 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and between 8am- 6pm Saturday-Sunday. Weekend working is required, and shift pattern will be discussed during your video interview.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
