What You Will Do:

Ensure working safely and lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
Maintain quality standards throughout the shift and take action on non-conformities.
Conduct testing of product samples to specification using approved test methods and equipment.
Perform data entry, produce customer certificates of analysis, and generate reports.
Provide basic training to colleagues on Quality & Product Safety topics.
Cover three shift patterns, ensuring flexibility and dedication to maintaining quality.
What You Will Bring:

GCSE Pass (Level 5 & above) in English & Maths.
Preferred experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or scientific setting.
Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in word processing and email communication.
