We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for a prestigious flagship store in Edinburgh. With a competitive salary and the opportunity for career growth, this full-time permanent role offers the chance to work in a beautiful environment. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in achieving sales targets, creating a positive working environment, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

Assist the new Manager in the day-to-day running of a very clean and beautiful flagship store.
Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
Oversee staff rotas and ensuring a well-structured team.
Create a positive and supportive working environment for the team.
Utilise your fashion or retail brand experience to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or any other language is a bonus but not essential.

Skills:

Proven experience in high end fashion or retail brands.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in a second language (preferred).
