We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading external mortgage firm, seeking an ambitious and skilled New Build Mortgage Advisor to support clients in securing the best mortgage options for newly constructed homes. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert mortgage advice tailored specifically for new build properties.
* Work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process from start to finish.
* Stay informed on the latest mortgage products and competitive interest rates for new build homes.
* Offer advice on Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and First-Time Buyer schemes.
* Collaborate with developers and lenders to ensure clients receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements:
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in mortgage advising, specifically in the new build sector.
* Deep knowledge of affordable housing schemes, government initiatives, and mortgage protection products.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Able to manage a high caseload and work within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
