Potential OTE of £50k
Car allowance of £3300 p/a Preferred Requirements:
Experience in valuing properties
Proven negotiation skills
Determined, hard-working, and a smart appearance
Team player with excellent communication
Punctual and committed to success
Demonstrated success in a similar role Must Have:
Own Car with Business Insurance
Drive, determination & work well under pressure
Able to demonstrate leadership & lead from the front
A good conversation rate on valuations In return my client is offering you:
Up to £30k basic, OTE £50k + £3300 car allowance
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Mon-Fri - 9am-6pm 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-5pm
