Responsibilities

  • Designing and configuring complex marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys
  • Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake, AEM.
  • Developing and implementing best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.

Resource must have experience in at least 4 of the following.

  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
  2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
  3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
  4. Customer Data Platform
  5. Digital Asset and Content Management & Adobe Experience Manager.
  6. Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems like Snowflake to create a seamless content management workflow.
  7. Proof MRM

Preferred Certifications:

  1. Marketing Cloud Consultant
  2. Marketing Cloud Developer
  3. Salesforce Technical Architect with Marketing Experience.
