Conexus are currently working with a global food and beverages client who are searching for an ITSM Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, prior to further extensions.

This position will be based remotely with occasional travel to the clients Barcelona office to be expected.

We are searching for the following skills & experience:

• At least 5 years of experience working within IT
• Very strong knowledge of ITSM processes
• Previous experience working with ServiceNow
• Good ability to act as the 'bridge' between IT and the business, with both internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience working in an international company
• Very good communication skills and fluent in English
