Pay Rate: $29.40

Perfect Attendance Bonus: $.75/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,750

        $750 after six months

        $1,000 after one year

Summary of Position:

Under the direct supervision of the CI Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing training initiatives for all hourly employees.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing training plan for each hourly new hire. Assign initial training on-shift, follow-up with both the trainer and trainee and report back on progress.

Develop, track and report out all changes to the training matrix for all hourly employees at this location.

Facilitate training and development documentation (capture all training in electronic file; update tracking & matrices; documentation filing & retention).

Assist with required safety training & documentation (LOTO; PIT; AWP) for the plant.

Work with HSE Manager to track ongoing progress of new hires and repeat offenders through the GPS (Guide to Personal Safety) Program

Participate and conduct onboarding training

Spend time with each TWI Trainer and new hire+ on the production floor to verify training is progressing and assist in evaluation of ability across the plant (ie warehouse, maintenance and production)

Maintain current training materials for trainer use

Coordinate training opportunities in conjunction with scheduled OCO’s

Assist in facilitation of risk assessments, hazard tours and participate in required safety training.

Qualifications:

Education: 

Associates degree required

 Experience:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excel
