Position Details: This direct hire role is for a part time Mail, Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Pittsburgh (Technology Dr, across the river from the Soith Side)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm - Guaranteed.  Opportunity for more hours throughout the day/week based on availability

Compensation: 15.00 - 15.00 USD/Hour + Bonus opportunities

Process all incoming & outgoing USPS mail

Shipping and Receiving

Back up front desk duties

Operate copy and mail equipment

Manage office supply inventory

Assist with meetings and conference rooms

Light facility work

Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work

High school diploma or GED

Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor

Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Must be reliable
