Key Responsibilities; Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene, and observe security precautions as mandated by management. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans by hand that come from all kitchens and VIP presentations.

You Will:

Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management.

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans by hand that come from all kitchens and VIP presentations.

Load all incoming soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, silverware into the dishwashing machine in the dish room.

Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation.

Unload machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.

Sanitize all trolleys, carriers’ oven racks, and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.

Clean and sanitize all interior areas within the facility and external property.

Handle the disposal of all waste products. International trash and garbage to be disposed of according to regulations.

Ensure that spills are promptly mopped up, and floors are kept dry and decreased to minimize slips and falls due to wet floor.

Use proper detergents and degreasing solvents to maintain a safe working environment for all production areas and maintain use and adequate storage for sanitation chemicals and equipment.

Sanitize all restrooms and areas of everyday personnel traffic, including walls and floors.

Empty and clean refuse containers and dispose of refuse in proper bins for later removal.

The salary for this position is $19.00 hourly with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

You Have:

3+ year sanitation airline catering experience.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Able to speak & write in English.
