Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Junior Program Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Junior Program Analyst will work as part of a team providing support in the Program Management Office (PMO) task area for the DHS OCIO.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research, as requested, on task area related topics

Help to manage team workflow, including managing taskers and other information requests.

Track progress and deadlines for assignments and projects and report status

Provide scheduling support, maintain meeting calendar, and assist in preparing meeting agendas, background materials, and outcome documents.

Draft or provide substantial inputs to memos, briefing materials, talking points, guidance documents, and presentations

Update training courses and materials

Provide program management office support, including customer service, training, document development, scheduling, editing, project planning, and administrative support

Review and update existing records schedules, file plans, policies, and SOPs.

Provide administrative expertise to the maintenance and development of current and new processes and workflows

Provide day-to-day program support within your assigned task area

Support data calls from DHS HQ, CISA leadership and others, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of related experience

Public Trust Clearance or higher

Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize

Close attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills
