Overview:
Earn $35,000 - $65,000 MINT dentistry is looking for exceptional sales people to join our team and help us continue to grow! The Sales Coodinator role is an internal sales position that serves MINT patients and team members by reminding patients of their treatment needs and persuading them to take action. This position requires someone who excels in a fast paced, dynamic environment who has exceptional multitasking skills, loves interacting with customers and making a positive impact, and is driven to see the success of the entire team! Base Pay is $15-$17/hr plus an uncapped monthly commission bonus

Responsibilities:
Warm calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential patient
Discovering patient needs and providing solutions, support, and de-escalation
Presenting and delivering information to the patient
Answer potential customer questions and follow up call questions
Maintains a strong working knowledge of all call center and scheduling processes
Met sales goals and KPI as assigned by supervisor
Record information from patients
Maintain call lists to enhance sales activities
Completes and updates all sales forms and report to ensure timely flow of sales information
Attends all sales and department meetings and training
Responsible for increasing patient retention
Assess associates demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to Mint Dentistry’s policies and procedures.
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills
Communicates consistently in a positive and professional manner
Stays up to date on the latest process changes
Follow daily schedules and processes established
Actively participate in meetings and share information
Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions and feedback sessions with agents
Treat each patient with professional customer service using an upbeat tone and empathetic manner
Maintain sales goals as assigned by supervisor
Audit office schedules based on operational guidelines, as assigned by supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
GED or highschool diploma
Sales experience preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Prior telemarketing or call center experience preferred
Basic knowledge of dental procedures preferred
Knowledge of Open Dental practice management software preferred
Excellent call management and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Skillful at time management, prioritizing, and multitasking
Detail oriented
Ability to work cooperatively with a group of individuals and communicate effectively
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Professionalism in all aspects of job
Good grooming and professional image
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required
