Overview:
Provides internal support to the HR Services Organization. Uses business software applications (e.g., Webors, Salesforce, Mineral) to answer product and service related questions ,prepare internal and client facing reports, troubleshot issues with software and data, support for handbook production, and provide quality control for our new HR Pro client onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Complete various tasks and requests using Upstream including but not limited to: Job Descriptions Compensation analysis reports, pricing information, poster order requests, HRBP assignment updates, and handbook assistance
Ensures that correct client information exists for our clients in the various systems that Paychex uses to include Mineral, HRIS.net, and Salesforce.
Troubleshoots areas of concern for our clients through the HRBP determining root cause and completing the prescriptive tasks as needed
Coordinates preparation, printing, and delivery of handbook with print room and warehouse to ensure that a quality product is delivered to the client.
Maintain any reporting needed for the tasks related to their role
Complete tasks for our New Client Experience to ensure proper onboarding for Flex HR Pro clients to include invoice and product reviews, contact updates in HRIS.net, and sending out welcome emails to new clients.
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma - Required
2 years of experience in Paychex Product Experience.
Demonstrates problem solving skills.
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates customer service skills.
