Grow with us...1 Hotel South Beach is currently seeking a creative, inspiring Executive Restaurant Chef to head our kitchen for our newest restaurant opening, AVIV - a culinary adventure by Michael Solomonov embracing ancient cooking methods with the modern energy of Miami & Tel Aviv.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of the whole operation, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed, and that everyone is working together to optimize the guest experience and deliver an unforgettable meal.
Qualifications:
About you...Passionate about food and a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Puts ingredients first.
Leads by example.
Advanced knowledgeable of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
