Overview:
Woodbridge Home Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home remodeling and home improvement, and will be responsible for guiding our sales professionals to match the best products with clients' home improvement needs. This role involves guiding and motivating the team to effectively match products with clients' home improvement needs, ensuring high performance and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee team operations, provide ongoing support, and implement strategies to drive success in a dynamic, field-based sales environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit and Manage a top-notch team of in-home sales consultants.
Develop sales goals for team and territory.
Coach and develop team to meet monthly and yearly sales performance goals and budgets.
Track & analyze sales metrics and monitor daily results of individuals and territory
Teach our sales process following set methodology
Conduct weekly sales meetings
Conduct one-on-one meetings with individual sales consultants to review sales results and establish corrective plans as needed
Participate in ride-alongs with individual consultants
Conduct formal annual performance reviews with each consultant
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven Home Improvement sales management experience required
Strong presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate others
Able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Planning, goal-setting skills and experience
Financial knowledge and computer savvy
Benefits:
$90k-$100K Base Salary + Monthly Bonus/Commissions/Incentive Package
Expected First Year Earnings of $200k +
