Responsibilities:

The Monitor Technician is responsible for telemetry monitoring including rhythm strip interpretation, documentation and functioning of the monitoring equipment in accordance with the standards and procedures of the hospital.

Qualifications:

Education and Training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of EKG course/rhythm interpretation test is required before or on first day of employment.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of EKG course/rhythm interpretation.
