Has high level working knowledge of Excel

Meets department quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Performs the physical tasks involved in all Departmental functions. Understands and is able to perform the tasks of each function within the applicable Department.

Communicates with Customer Service, Procurement, et al. to identify and resolve issues.

Coordinates and/or distributes work assignments as requested by supervisor/manager.

Has certification on all powered lift equipment or is willing and able to be certified on equipment.

Responsible for Lead duties including training new employees, following SOP guidelines, directing employees, and working with Supervisors and Manager to maintain overall warehouse flow.

Is cross trained in and meets productivity standards within Department.

Performs required Supervisor functions when Supervisor is out. 

Essential Functions:

Assist Supervisor in maintaining productivity and quality levels through troubleshooting, coaching, training new associates, and auditing.

Maintains Departmental dashboards and reporting, as required.

Assist any function within the Department when the need arises. This individual should be able to float between functions

Your Impact:

Monitors and ensures all receiving is completed in 24-48 hours

Proactively addresses any receiving problems and provide solutions

Completes PO in Pre Stage report daily

Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area to include but not limited to keeping non-stock shelves clean

Ensures repackaging is completed in a timely manner

Teams with the purchasing department to address any concerns regarding POs, products, and/or vendor errors

Coordinates resolution of  any stocking and inventory issues with Inventory Control Manager 

Process POs and stock

Informs Customer Service of Drop Ship POs shipped to the ATL warehouse

Monitors and reports any deviation or escalation to team lead or management

Promotes high levels of accuracy in the warehouse and provide training and guidance to peers

File damage claims with LTL carriers

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 6 years related experience

Additional Success Factors:

Excels in a fast paced work environment

Proficient user of various computer skills; such as, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Trend

Able to multi-task with little or no supervision

Communicates effective with various departments, managers, and peers

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Detail oriented with good organization skills

Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, communicate with other employees and to operate computer hardware systems.

The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, crouch and stoop.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

Pay range of $23.75- $31.75/per hour + bonus+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
