Responsibilities:

Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily operations;

Assist with document code review;

Experience with creating construction project documents in all Revit phases;

Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals;

Visit project sites and with clients as necessary;

Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects and adjust accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience, which should include large and complex projects in Government, Healthcare or Advanced Technology sectors;

Architectural License is preferred by not required;

Proficient REVIT and AutoCAD skills;

Ability to organize project design development and production delivery across teams;

Experience in identifying and addressing issues in order to reach the best resolution;

Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines.
