The hospital has been providing compassionate quality health care to residents and visitors of western Nevada County since 1958. Responsibilities:

Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for all functions in the Laboratory relative to the performance of laboratory tests to provide data in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, including analyzing specimens on automated equipment. Clinical Laboratory Scientist also maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

Required:

Current California license as a medical technologist (LIC CLS)

Knowledge of laboratory and section policies and procedure

Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
