We are seeking an experienced BCBA with strong organizational and administrative acumen. Must possess fluent understanding of ABA service delivery across home, community, and clinic settings, with the ability to disseminate and speak to ABA in an approachable and understandable manner. The BCBA Clinic Lead works directly under the Center Director of Operations and is responsible for the delivery of ABA services within their assigned clinic. The Lead BCBA will ensure continuity of care, RBT supervision, management and mentorship of a team of BCBAs, and provide direction and guidance regarding supervision practices/standards and ABA services. This position requires an individual who is a highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to work independently in order to motivate and grow a team of BCBAs and RBTs. Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for BCBAs and RBTs per HPP policy timelines
Performs Behavior Analyst and Behavior Therapist performance reviews
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Monitors practice EMR AND RCM accounts to ensure that data, SOAP notes, documentation, billing, utilization is in line with organization policies.
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s “The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts”.
Follows guidelines set forth in the Council of Autism Service Providers’: “Applied Behavior Analysis Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder: Practice Guidelines for Healthcare Funders and Managers”.
Completes 16-28 billable hours per week of BCBA services, dependent on total clinic billable hours.
