Overview:

Vacation Inn Detroit Metro Airport in Romulus is looking for a friendly and service oriented front desk agent to join our front desk team!

The front desk agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts upon completion of their stay to meet the hotel's and brand's high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant will be willing and able to work the 3-11 pm shifts and have weekend availability.

The front desk position requires a basic familiarity and comfort level using technology.  Must have exceptional guest service skills.  Some reception, clerical and/or customer service experience preferred.  Previous hotel experience a plus!
