Overview:
The Supply Chain Professional I is a task-driven individual contributor responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect materials as well as the coordination of supplier enablement. Additionally, this individual will assist in the configuration, administration and maintenance of the Coupa Procurement Platform. The Supply Chain Professional I will also monitor and report on company-wide compliance as well as assist in driving process adoption.
Responsibilities:
Assist with supplier enablement
Provide end-to-end support for the order fulfillment process including requisition, purchase order, receipt and invoice processing
Coordinate bidding events and procurement of indirect materials and services
Maintain electronic product catalog
Validate vendor price and terms
Participate in discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
Provide help desk services to internal customers for the Coupa Platform
Provide periodic Coupa system training to internal customers and suppliers
Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related field
0-3 years of Supply Chain related experience
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of eProcurement or P2P solutions preferred
CPSM certification preferred
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $59,400 - $81,700 plus benefits and retirement program.
