We are recruiting for a specialised renewables client in the North West for a permanent Solar/PV Electrician.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems

* Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers

* Identify electrical problems using various testing devices

* Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools

* Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations

* Collaborate with construction teams to provide electrical solutions

* Solar P.V installation

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Strong Qualified Electrician

* Solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring

* Familiarity with hand tools, electrical tools, and power tools

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds 2365 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services

* Experience in EICR inspection and rectification

* 18th Edition qualified

* Qualified in installing and commissioning solar pv inverter and battery systems

* Experience of air source heat pump installation wiring

* Qualified in EV charger installation

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

* Minimum 40 hours per week
