Location: Horsham, RH12

Salary: OTE £40k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator / Associate: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic and conscientious estate agent to forge a career within an established, highly professional, leading local independent agency based in the Horsham area.

The perfect candidate for this exciting opportunity will be an experienced Estate Agent who is a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property.

You will have exceptional selling skills and have the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.

You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator / Associate role will include:

Previous experience in residential property sales
Ability to build strong business relationships
Focused to lead and motivate a team
Able to win new business
Full UK driving license required
Local knowledge of the Horsham area is preferred
