TSL is currently seeking a proactive EHS Coordinator with a safety-first mindset to support the team at our Head Office in Gerrards Cross.

Job Title: EHS Coordinator

Location: Gerrards Cross, with regular travel across UK

Role Overview:

As the EHS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the EHS team and ensuring that all environmental, health, and safety processes and procedures are followed across TSL's offices. You will help ensure the safety and well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors, maintain compliance with regulations, and assist in keeping the work environment safe and efficient. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

* Prepare and distribute project-specific EHS items and materials as required.

* Support project teams with EHS-related documentation, reports, and equipment.

PPE Management:

* Ensure all new starters are provided with necessary PPE items for their induction days.

* Conduct regular stock checks on PPE levels, manage inventory, and re-order items when required.

Inspections and Safety Checks:

* Conduct regular safety inspections across all UK office locations, including fire safety, alarm, and extinguisher checks.

* Address any hazards or compliance issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.

EHS Notice Boards:

* Maintain EHS notice boards to ensure all information is current and compliant with regulatory requirements.

ISO Audits and Compliance:

* Assist the EHS Compliance Director with internal ISO audits, helping to ensure ongoing certification and adherence to ISO standards.

Team and Project Assistance:

* Collaborate with the TSL Group EHS Director and EHS team members on various projects as needed, providing administrative and logistical support.

* Act as a liaison between the EHS team and other departments to facilitate the smooth running of EHS initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Interested in EHS regulations, policies, and procedures

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
