Site Manager – St Ives

Sphere Solutions are working with a respectable regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager to join an upcoming project in St Ives.

You will join this large internal refurbishment project and take responsibility for the safe running of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

* To manage sub-contractors, site labour and material hire.

* Work to programme and budget, reporting any issues or risks that arise.

* Ensure compliance and Health and Safety Regulations are in place and met at all times.

* Liaise with the Contracts Manager

Suitable candidates:

* SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Card

* Must have a proven track record managing refurbishment projects

* Good supply chain management ability

* Proactive approach

* Passionate about Health & Safety

In Return:

* Salary paying up to £55,000 for the right candidate

* £5,000 car allowance

* Annual leave – 25 days plus bank holiday

* Pension – match up to 6%

* Life assurance
