We are seeking FLT Reach Drivers with the opportunity of a temporary to permanent contract.

Rotating Morning & Afternoon shifts,

The shifts will be Monday to Friday (06:00am-14:00pm) and (14:00pm-22:00pm)

The pay rates are as follows:
£12.44 per hour

Overtime paid at £15.55 over 37.5 hours.

Our friendly & experienced trainers will provide you with training.

You will then be put on a Personal Achievement Plan across 4 weeks to help you hit key targets. Hitting these very achievable KPI’s can see your hourly rate increase by as much as £3.50 per hour!

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Reach Operator to join our warehouse team in managing materials and goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and handling warehouse tasks.

You will be involved across a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, in all manner of Warehouse activities. From unloading wagons and containers to loading, Quality Control, FLT Reach driving LLOP order picking.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Conduct basic equipment repairs and maintenance
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as required

Skills
- Proficient in forklift operation
- Basic maths skills for inventory management
- Experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to load and unload goods safely
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment for repairs
- Capable of handling heavy lifting tasks efficiently

The roles are ongoing, and for the right candidates, there is the opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 weeks of service.

This probation period depends on good attendance and punctuality, as well as showing the right attitude.
