A well established expanding organisation are recruiting for agency Support Workers for their supported living service . The idyllic complex features five individual homes who support clients that have learning disabilities, Autism, Down syndrome.
It is a lovely service, based on a complex where all home are within walking distance. They have a farm onsite where they look after animals, grow vegetables, and to the local village they create veg boxes. There is a common room, arts and crafts room (woodwork, painting, weaving) where they make presents for family and friends, or even for their own christmas market. It really is a fantastic service, with a great sense of community.
The duties - supporting them with everyday duties, this could be helping them bake cakes, or preparing nutritional food, every day support, joining in with activates. It is mostly 121 but team will work together and share domestic duties. There will also be personal care involved in this role.
shifts available are:
Weekdays:17:30-22:00
Weekends : 7/7:30 - 17:30/22:00 or 17:30 - 22:00
