Are you an experienced Analyst looking to take the next big step in your career? We’re thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join our dynamic Investment, Development, and Planning team at Watkin Jones Group. This pivotal role will see you play a key part in shaping our capital markets strategy, contributing to the success of our £1.6bn pipeline across sectors like BTR, PBSA, Co-Living, and more.

As an Investment Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our business, supporting the underwriting and acquisition of new sites and advising on investor demand for pipeline and future pipeline schemes. You’ll also be instrumental in reporting on projects at the divestment stage and assisting in the marketing and execution of asset sales. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with our Asset Management function, driving value and returns across the Group’s existing assets.

This role is ideal for a resilient and ambitious Real Estate Analyst with strong financial and cashflow modelling skills, exceptional Excel capabilities, and a knack for organising complex projects. Your experience in residential or commercial real estate, combined with your analytical competency, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
