R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing legal firm to in their search for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Norwich-based team. This position is ideal for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established and successful team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norwich but with occasional travel to other local offices. The salary for this position is competitive, depending on experience.

The day to day
* Managing a caseload, ensuring clients and third parties are regularly updated.
* Developing strong working relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a great service.
* Ensuring caseload targets are met and exceeded.
* Communicating to clients in writing, via email and on the telephone.
* Preparing correspondence & legal documents.
* Reviewing documentation and keeping accurate records of case materials.
You will have/be
* Strong administration, IT & Research skills.
* The ability to digest and analyse complex information.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise between clients and third parties.
* Self-motivated and ability to manage workload effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
