Looking for a Site Manager role with a contractor where you can progress?
MTR are working in partnership with a long-standing client to recruit a Site Manager who is looking for that next step in their career and is keen to grasp an opportunity of working for a renowned contractor in delivering exciting projects.
They are a c£70m turnover company who have a reputation of delivering quality new build and refurb projects across the industrial, commercial and leisure sectors.
My client is a company with a rich history and reputation within the construction industry, known for championing progression with numerous senior positions within the company being occupied by employees who have started their career with them and progressed.
Responsibilities;
Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the construction programme
Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risk and opportunities and working with key stakeholders to optimise project delivery
Lead the delivery of construction works, ensuring compliance with all company processes and protocols
Manage and develop the supervisory and engineering team
Ensure that HS&E targets and KPIs are set and managed
Work closely with the Commercial team to align targets and KPI's in line with budget forecast
Requirements;
Have at least 5 years management experience with a main contractor
Have a track record of running projects independently
