Driven, proactive and qualified Finance Manager sought to join a leading and successful, international manufacturing company with their Head Offices based in Birmingham.

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and senior management, you will take a leading role in the accounting and reporting requirements of the group, ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained and intracompany financial activities are efficient and effective.

Key Accountabilities;

* Group accounting and support, ensuring accurate reporting across group sites.

* Leading the monthly closure and accounting consolidation requirements.

* Lead the balance sheet reconciliation process.

* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting process along with analysis.

* Business Partnering to UK operations and commercial team, providing support and guidance where required.

* Preparation of annual accounts and support Group FC with audit preparation.

* Support Group FC lead, motivate and bring through an engaged and driven team with an initial direct report team of 1-2.

* Manage and deliver high standards of governance and compliance for the Group’s financial operations.

* Support Senior Management with various company directives.

This is a key role within the company, requiring great communication and business partnering skills, allowing you to support and drive continuous improvements in areas of financial and business performance, thereby ensuring the continued success of the company.

Experience within a manufacturing environment essential along with solid group consolidation experience.

Qualifications sought are ACA/ACCA/CIMA
