up to £28,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant, to join the busy Private Client / Wills and Probate Team of a well-established law firm at their office in Nuneaton.
The role will involve:
* Provision of administrative support to a busy Private Client / Wills and Probate team
* Typing of correspondence and legal documents
* Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
* Assisting with the preparation of straight-forward Wills
* Drafting LPA's
* Liaising with solicitors and other third party professionals
* Opening and setting up new cases on the system
* Processing urgent post, filing non-urgent post, and logging correspondence onto a legal case management system
* Preparation of invoices
* Communicating with, and maintaining good relationships with clients
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience of working in a support role within Private Client.
