Working hours of a Sales Valuer:

Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm

Alternate Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm (day off in lieu for one of the Saturdays)

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

£25,000 basic

£50,000 OTE

Car allowance

Career progression

Sales Valuer requirements:

Previous Estate Agency and valuing experience

Able to work well individually as well as in a team.

Excellent communication both written and verbal

Highly organised

Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:

Increase Branch income.

Carrying out market appraisals

Selling the services of our clients

Closing for business

Help drive business forward

Helping manage the team when needed

Liaising with the Sales team to ensure everything is being done to achieve a successful sale
