The team are experiencing fantastic growth and looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Finance and Office Manager to join them. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage and oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgets and report on variances.
Prepare and present regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
Undertake any other duties and reasonable requests that are in keeping with the nature of the role.
Skills Required
AAT Level 4 Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA,CIMA).
Strong Accounting background and knowledge of financial regulations.
Proven experience in a similar role before.
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail.
