Our client, a well-established dealership near Hertford, is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious brand where you'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to high standards
Providing expert technical advice to customers
Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships
Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and adhering to safety standards

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (minimum requirement)
Previous experience working in a main dealership is essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

The Package:

Basic salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (depending on MOT status) + £48,000 OTE
45-hour work week with a Saturday rota (8am - 1pm)
