Milk Education is looking to hire a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary SEND School in Shrewsbury. The role is on a long-term basis starting ASAP and could lead to a permanent contract!

SEND Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
* Deliver catch-up sessions

SEND Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

* Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
