Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Night Lead Machine Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Wymondham, Norfolk.

Night Lead Machine Operative Job Role:

* Demonstrate ability to effectively coach the team

* Monitor team throughput and organise staff as necessary to achieve team SLAs

* Monitor Operators quality and throughput targets are achieved

* Demonstrate drive and support for continuous improvement activity

* Provide support in identifying process weakness through continuous improvement methodologies

* Support in timely and consistent delivery of MI reporting as requested

* Take responsibility for own learning and development whilst providing support for Operators

* Provide support to Operators training requirements

* Ensure workloads are balanced within the team and work with other teams to ensure a balanced workload exists throughout the area

* Maximise efficiencies in all jobs by recognising and highlighting opportunities

Night Lead Machine Operative Skills Required:

* Previous experience within a lead focused role in a fast moving production environment

* Previous experience within print is a distinct advantage

* Experience within being in a SLA Focused role

* Planning & organising - Managing and measuring work

* Demonstrate support and drive for continuous improvement activity

* Experience of working to tight deadlines

Night Lead Machine Operative Working Hours:

* 12 hour days – 7pm – 7am

* Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

* Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday
