We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic all-age (0-19) school in Brent this September. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone eager to embark on or advance their career in education, within a nurturing and supportive environment.

Your Role:

Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students with a variety of special educational needs, ensuring they receive personalized support to thrive.
Lesson Assistance: Help teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials and activities to suit the unique needs of each student.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to build a comprehensive support system for each child's growth and development.
Positive Behaviour Management: Contribute to creating a calm and productive learning environment by helping to manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement.
